Melissa is a fresh, versatile and multi-faceted performer, living in North London. She holds 1st Class BA Hons degree in Performance from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.

Based in London, Melissa divides her time between working on various productions both in situ and touring, running her own professional Cabaret troupe of dancers, private teaching and writing her own music & comedy. She is also currently setting up her own company. More of this to come...

Melissa has been performing since her early years meaning she has extensive experience performng in a variety of genres. From her professional debut as the feisty Carrie, in the world premiere of 'Goodnight Mister Tom' at the Wolsey Theatre, Ipswich at the age of 11 through to Bella the sensual feline minx in Anne Fine's 'Diary Of A Killer Cat'.

She has been fortunate enough to have worked constantly since leaving Drama School and as an Actress has performed characters of many ages, ranging from 5 to 35. Some of her favourite acting roles to date are: Hamlet (Hamlet); Rosalind (Love's Labour's Lost); Hermia (A Midsummer Night's Dream); Ellie (The Diary Of A Killer Cat); Jo (English Journies) & Bella (Wild Woods).

Additionally Melissa is a Classically trained Mezzo Soprano and in addition to her stage shows, works constantly as a Soloist and as a singer/songwriter. She has performed in a series of venues across the UK and has co-written 2 albums. Melissa also enjoys teaching Singing and is available for one-to-one coaching and Masterclasses.

Her extensive Dance training means she is advanced in many styles including Jazz, Modern, Hip Hop, Street Dance, Tap and Ballet. Having a fertile imagination, Melissa is also a keen choreographer and has devised dances for several shows.
